1.Belt Pumping Unit
 
     The ROTAFLEX pumping units had the patent of American. It takes full advantages of all pumping units by years of research and development. As a unique engineering breakthrough, the 100% mechanical ROTAFLEX is especially suitable for producing high volume fluid in deep wells with rod pump. We had developed to seven types. Lots of products had been exported to America, Argentina, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Indonesia and other countries in addition to using well in Shengli, Daqing, Liaohe etc., and almost every big oilfield in China. The advantages are high efficiency, reliability and energy saving.

 
MAIN ADVANTAGES
     1. Slow, Long StrokesLong stroke leads to more complete barrel filling, less fluid pounding. Slow period means less wear on downhole equipment and less direction reverse. The operational cost is reduced.
2. Belt Transmission
A long life heavy duty belt transmission can absorb the shock during stroke reverse, thus effectively reducing the stress on downhole components, and rod strings run uniformly.

 3. Low Torque Demand
The torque arm is only 0.46m, so the torque demand is greatly reduced, thereby, smaller prime mover and gear box maybe possible. Comparing to other artificial lift system, ROTAFLEX can cut down energy costs by 10% to 40%.
4. Optimum Structure Design, Safety and Convenience
Automatically braking equipment and two sets of brake systems (mechanical & gas) promise the unit absolutely safety. Enclosed unit design makes the unit convenience in shipping and workover, and safety also.
5. High Reliability and Low Maintenance
High reliability by using antifriction bearings, heavy duty belt, heavy load sleeve roller chains, mechanical balance and self-protection, carrying load evenly and perfect rigidity through optimum design.

2.Slant Gear Pumping Unit
¡¡
      Slant gear pumping unit is not limited to previous four bar structure again, centers on the slant gear of beam tail, and forms six bar structure.
     The pumping unit keeps many advantages of four bar pumping unit such as high reliability ¡¢long service life, convenient maintenance. The pumping unit is more advanced in usage¡¢installation¡¢commission¡¢maintenance¡¢operation respect, saves electricity as many as 30% to 50% per well in comparison with conventional beam pumping unit.  
     The slant gear pumping unit is applied to thin oil well¡¢heavy oil well ,waxy oil well and all kinds of oil well .It has low maximum line speed of  point of suspension ,strong load capacity, and can work with  large load range. Engine power and reducer casing torque of the pumping unit reduce by 30%-50% in comparison with the same type of conventional pumping unit, and system efficiency of pumping well increases by 20%-50%.

3.Two Horse Heads Pumping Unit

 
      Two horse heads pumping unit can change the regular pattern of pumping unit torque factor to strengthen balance effect and will realize energy saving aim. On the basis of conventional pumping unit .We revolute critical technique for its four bars structure, adopt special curved line beam latter arm, flexible connect beam with crossbeam in order that  form special four bars structure of cranking bar(beam latter arm) length ¡¢links length along with crank angle change, variable parameter. This forms a main structure of pumping unit which can apply practical new motor driving.
      When working, relying on regular change of beam latter arm achieves a working state when load is large, counter balance moment is also large and vice versa. Therefore balance effect of pumping unit is strengthened and also realizes energy saving aim.

4.Bend Beam Pumping Unit

 
       Bend beam pumping unit is a new energy saving pumping unit based on conventional walking beam pumping unit through changing the beam shape and equilibrium position .The pumping unit has both good balance effect and energy-saving of Abnormity beam pumping unit and keep simple structure, reliability, easy operation, convenient maintenance features of conventional walking beam pumping unit, apply crude oil producing of all kinds of work state and is a pumping unit with good overall performance. The pumping unit has achieved API certificate.
       At present we have developed CYJW6¡¢8¡¢10¡¢12¡¢14¡¢16 series including over 20 kinds type. And they have been use in domestic oilfield and Central Asia¡¢Middle East¡¢India and so on.

5.Linear motor activated pumping unit

 
Drive Holohedry double side linear motor.
Electrical energy is converted into mechanical energy of straight reciprocating motion.
Low power consumption, high efficiency, over 98% of conversion effect.
Easy control Stroke per minute is adjusted without steps in operation. When sucker rod lags or pump is vacuated that is caused by thick oil, the control system will operate the unit with slow upstroke and fast downstroke. Large stroke length and low stroke per minute is available.
Reliable Sound structure.
Less moving parts and multiple protective functions including phase fault, high or low voltage, overcurrent and abnormal load. Unique flat wireline made of cured rubber with alarm function is used.
The unit is suitable for extreme environment, especially for thick oil, deep oil layer, large displacement and discontinuous operation.

6.Conventional Walking Beam Pumping Unit

 
     Conventional walking beam pumping unit was made by simple structure, easy operation, convenient maintenance, durability and be reliable. It applies all kinds of raw oil producing, is a pumping unit with good overall performance.
    We have achieved API certificate. At present we have researched and developed CYJ3¡¢5¡¢6¡¢8¡¢10¡¢12¡¢14¡¢16 model, and be applied in many oilfield at home.
     It has exported to many countries such as Mexico.
