* Truck-mounted rigs made by our company are designed and manufactured in accordance with standards API Spec Q1、4F、7k、8C and associated standards of RP500，GB3826.1,GB3836.2,GB7258，SY6584 as well as “3C”compulsory standard.
* Whole truck-mounted rig has a compact structure, which only requires a small installation space due to high integration.
* Heavy-duty chassis: 8×6、10×8、12×8,14×8、14×12、16×12 and hydraulic steering system are utilized respectively, which ensures the rig a good mobility and cross-country capability.
* The reasonable assembly of CATERPILLAR engine and ALLISON transmission box can ensure high driving efficiency and working reliability. Drawworks and rotary table of truck-mounted rig can be driven by electricity.
* Main brake is hydraulic disc brake or band brake; there are air brake, hydromatic brake and eddy current brake for selection as auxiliary brake.
* Transmission box for rotary table has function of forward and reverse shift, which is suitable for all kinds of drill pipe and rotary operations. Back-torque releasing device can be used to make drill pipe deformation force released safely.
* Mast, which is front-open and double-section type with an inclination angle or erective double-section type, can be rigged up and down and also telescoped with hydraulic power.
* Drill floor is twin-body telescopic type or with parallelogram structure, which is easy for hoist and transportation. The height of the drill floor can be designed according to client’s requirements.
* Complete configuration of solid control system, well control system, high-pressure manifold system, generator house, engine & mud pump house, doghouse and other auxiliary facilities can meet user’s different requirements. 
* Design concept of this rig is “people-oriented”. The rig is installed with safety facilities and inspection equipment, and is in compliance with HSE requirements.
