Working Principle£º
Micro-heat regeneration air dryer is designed by integrating the advantages of heat regeneration and non-heated regeneration. After raising the temperature, the regenerated gas can regenerate the drying agent, which can not only improve the effect of regeneration, but also reduce the regeneration gas consumption.
Technical Features£º
Less regeneration gas consumption and low energy consumption;
¡¡ The finished gas has stable dew point;
It is controlled by micro-computer and the operation state of the equipment can be real-time display on LCD and LED;
It has functions of diagnosis, alarming and automatic troubleshooting for several failures;
Heating control adopts non-contact solid state switch and the temperature overshooting is small with long service life;
If the micro-heat operation mode fails, it can switch to non-heated operation mode automatically (national patented technology);
It has the function of online parameter modification and protection;
The online dew point control function with the national patented technology can save energy at the uttermost (optional);
¡¡¡¡ RS485/RS232 communication interface and joint control function are optional.
