The design and manufacture of well site lighting and AC motor control system are in compliance with API.RP500, SY/T5957-94, SY0025, GB3836, GB1497, GB4942 and IEC60079 standard.

Insulation: Not less than 10MΩ (cold state) for 1000V MΩ meter. It shall not be breakdown in one minute for 1500V AC test.

It shall be controlled on the spot for the electrical equipment under 10kw and all lightings in the system (The starter is located in the explosion-proof control panel), and for the electrical equipment upper 30kw, it shall be started in step-down condition (this starting device located inside in MCC room). It adopts two control models, one is the centralized – control in rig123.net' target='_blank'>VFD /MCC room and another is the spot-control.
The power cable and control cable use rubber-cover soft cable, which is heavy-moving cable with antisepsis and resist-oil capability. All the cables are laid in the cable trays, and the lightings cable use the pipe to protect.
According to the lay-out of well site equipment, using the separately power supply for drilling-floor section, solid control section, oil tank section, power section and pump house section, the original supply is from VFD/MCC room, and the electrical equipment of each section to be powered by distribution box in each section.

Other technical requirements
Adopt Common YCW Rubber soft cable;
Power and lighting adopt connector;
Tank side is installed with wall-type cable tray;
The whole system is safety and reliable. The operation is easy;
Wall-type cable tray bottom shall be no less than 30mm away from circulating tank side.
All wire nose are galvanized and all wire head are shrinked with firing shrinkage pipe. Color code for A phase is black, B phase is blue and C phase is red. Each cable on site is equipped with Chinese & English signal plate.
Technical description
Solid control system
Each motor above 20KW supply power separately. Control unit is in panel box in VFD/MCC room. Power line and control line are put onto motor along cable tray of tank side through “EX power switch box” on the end of mud tank. Perform local control with “EX control button” on site. Each motor below 30KW is powered by VFD/MCC. EX magneto starter is located in EX power panel box and EX control box shall be located favorable location on tank surface, centralized control and local operation. All switches are equipped with locking-stopping device, The connection among tanks adopts connector; cables of device on tank surface is put to each device through galvanized pipe from tank side. Cable go into motor by EX hose after shrinking on the end of steel pipe with “EX fence”. There set three sets of double-tube EX fluorescent lamp for each tank; there set one set of double-tube EX fluorescent lamp for desanding pump, centrifugal pump and shearing pump. Agitator is controlled by EX control switch and perform local operation. Shale shaker, combined mud cleaner and centrifuge have power supply and equipped with controller itself. Trip pump has two control mode of driller console and local control. Each tank has one 60A power source and one 25A lighting
SECTION 13 INSTRUMENTATIONS
A. 1 ea Driller’s control cabin
£ºFeatures
Room to accommodate brake control, drilling instrumentation, air control, VFD control, and others control are all located in this cabin. This driller’s control cabin is the control center of rig where driller operates and monitors drilling condition.
The rig operation is conducted by driller from driller’s chair, having clear view of drill floor, monkey board and traveling block.
Complete with microphone, four cameras for monitoring drawworks, mud tank area, mud pump and racking board.
As observation window, the house roof adopts safety glass and equipped with protected fence.
Complete with explosion proof air conditioner.

C. 1 ea Drill watch system
The drilling monitor displays all parameters in touch screen to convenient for observe data by driller’s man and decide the drilling operations. The whole system consist of 9 set measurement system, i.e. weight of hook measurement system (include weight of hook), stand pipe pressure measurement system (pump pressure), rotary table torque measurement system, rotary table speed measurement system, tong torque measurement system, parameters related to mud (include SPM, mud flow, mud volume, etc.), and well depth measure system (including bit position, etc.). Besides, also complete with display console, industrial computer, sensors, DAQ, pressure transducer, power supply, UPS, hoses, cables and installing assemblies.
The system consists of sensors, DAQ system and host processing system. Sensors transmit the original signals to electrical signals, and the electrical signals are processed in DAQ then they are read on meters and input to host processing system. Computer will store and process the data. In addition, alarm is available when there is an abnormal data.
Touch screen which is installed in driller’s cabin will display all the parameters for easy watching. What’s more, weight of hook, rotary table torque, and stand pipe will be show through traditional gauges. Also, these traditional gauges are mounted in driller’s cabin. DAQ is an important component in the whole system. It acquires and processes the signals,
then input to computer to display or alarm driller’s man whenever necessary. The whole system is communicated through 485 fieldbus. It will help system to realize intelligent control as well as process, storage, printing, and remote transmission of data. The company man offices are furnished with the system to monitor the data real-time.
Weight of hook: the signal comes from the pressure sensor which is installed on deadline anchor. The scope of measurement is 0-4920KN.
Rotary table speed (RPM): the signal comes from the proximity sensor near to the input shaft which is between rotary table drive motor and gear box. The scope of measurement is 0-300RPM.
SPM: the signal comes from a proximity sensor which is installed near to driving shaft. The scope of measurement is 0-200SPM.
Rotary table torque: the signal comes from the current transformer. The scope of measurement is 0-62KN.M.
Stand pipe pressure (pump pressure): the signal comes from a 2”sensor assembly standpipe manifold. The scope of measurement is among 0-40Mpa.
Tong torque: the signal comes from tension load cell assembly. The scope of measurement is 0-100KN.
Well depth: the signal comes from rotary encoder which is equipped on the left side of drum. The scope of measurement is 0-9999m.
Mud flow: the signal comes from mud outlet flow sensor which is installed on mud outlet return flow pipe. The scope of measurement is 0-100%.
Mud volume: the signal comes from ultrasonic sensor which is installed on the surface of each mud tank. The scope of measurement is 0-80m3.
D. 1 ea TV monitor
Function
Monitoring area: monitor the pump area, tank area, drum and racking platform simultaneously.
Four cameras (four with tilt heads) are controlled by control panel; their images are displayed on the 21” LCD monitor which is located on the drilling operation panel, in the form of single channel or four channels synchronously.
All the cameras and platforms can be controlled by control panel, and such functions as pan/tilt and zoom/focus can also be adjusted through control panel.

J. inspecting and witnessing at factory yard for 70man/day (5×14 days) for NAC engineers consisting return tickets, visa, food, hotel and transportation by bidder cost. Any contradiction found from contract context, should be removed free of charge.
K. bidder will undertake to carry out the commissioning the rig at specified site satisfactorily for a period of 30 days after receives of cargos.
All the procedure will be fixed after the effective of contact & during Kick-off Engineering Meeting.
SECTION 16 PAINTING
Standard three coat epoxy paint system consisting of:
