TPI-600S/76 plunger pump consists of two parts: power end and fluid end. Plunger diameter can be choose between 2.5”, 2.75”, and 3” in order to meet the requirements of different pressure and displacement. The power end is same for different fluid ends with various diameter plungers.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

POWER END

v  The reducer is placed outside of pump frame, and users can choose to place it either on left or right side.

v  The reducer has 16 different installation location with different center height, making it easy to match pump package.

v  The pump frame is a high-strength steel plate welded structure, and the frame can be placed upside down.

v  Positive Offset type crankshaft connecting rod structure. Positive pressure between crosshead and crosshead guide can be reduced 25.9%.

v  Overall full machining crankshafts. A supporting bearing is fixed between three eccentric crank curves.

v  Crosshead Surface is coated with Babbitt alloy.

v  Split sliding bearings are used on connecting rod large ring.

v  Sliding bearings are used on crosshead bearings. An oil groove is set within the inner hole.

v  Shortest overall length design.

v  Power is delivered to the reducer through the flange and spline, driving the crankshaft to move.

FLUID END

v  I type fluid end.

v  The module is overall type forged, and the material is alloy steel.

v  The maximum plunger diameter isφ76.2 mm, and minimum plunger diameter is φ63.5mm, the seal kit is plunger packed.

v  The plunger diameters range fromφ63.5mm to 76.2mm, using the same module.

v  The pump is provided with the interface of plunger packing Lubricating,

v  Plunger surface is coated with nickel-based alloys to improve wear resistance.

v  The module connected with pump frame by bolts.
