TZID intelligent valve positioner

The introduction of intelligent valve positioner, for the digital communication of field actuators, the integrated management of the whole plant has passed advanced tools. TZID/TZID-C breaks through the traditional locator concept, using TEIP11 as the core component, combined with micro-processing technology and built-in communication function. Through installation, suitable for rotary and straight stroke valve control, high positioning accuracy, large stroke range: straight stroke: 20~150mm, rotary type: up to 125 degrees. The gas capacity is ≥13.5kg/hour, the gas consumption is ≤0.03kg/hour, and the adjustment is simplified by the automatic zero/range adjustment. Using sensor technology for temperature and position compensation, it has excellent vibration resistance up to 10g, 10~150Hz; temperature range -40~+85°C. Through the HART or Profibus/FF communication interface, real-time contact between the field and the control room can be established, and parameter adjustment and status monitoring can be performed. The freely configured output characteristic maximizes the output characteristics of the ball/disc valve. The inexpensive ball/disc valve + intelligent valve positioner can be used to simultaneously achieve the characteristics of the shut-off valve and the regulating valve.
