6. Installation and use of DFB-20-127 (36) mine explosion-proof solenoid valve


1. Strictly according to the voltage level and nominal pressure value of the product, the installation and use location should be free of severe vibration and collision.


2. Check if the fasteners are loose. If loose, tighten them.


3. Check the insulation resistance between the terminal and the outer casing, which shall not be less than 1.5 megohms.


4. Place the product in the place and check whether the opening and closing action is sensitive and reliable. The method is to repeatedly turn on and off the power supply to hear the "beep, bang" sound generated by the moving iron core up and down as normal.


5. When the solenoid valve is connected to the medium pipeline, the direction indicated by the arrow of the valve body should be consistent with the flow direction of the pipeline medium, and the valve body should be kept perpendicular to the ground as much as possible.
