Fourth, installation and use
Before installation, purge the piping to prevent the welding slag and other objects from damaging the sealing surface.
When installing, pay attention to the arrow on the valve body, pointing to the direction of the medium flow.
It should be installed horizontally, allowing it to be inclined no more than 30° perpendicular to the horizontal line.
Use in accordance with technical specifications.
Do not paint on the other parts of the valve.
After installation, first turn on the power to observe the upper and lower movement of the guide rod, the upper valve is open, the downward is closed, after the action, the power can be cut off and the medium is introduced.
If the fluid is a liquid, loosen the venting needle after passing through the medium. Remove the gas from the valve and tighten to the original condition.
The connection and installation of the leads are strictly in accordance with the relevant regulations of explosion protection. The solenoid valve is grounded inside and outside, and installed at the same time, strictly omitted.
If the valve is slow to close, the needle cover can be unscrewed, the screw can be positioned, and the valve needle can be rotated counterclockwise to adjust the time required for closing.
If the valve is inflexible or cannot be fully opened, the fault is the same as above, and the valve needle is rotated clockwise, and the fault can be eliminated.
